Golden Globes Gift Lounge by the Pool, GBK Productions Wins Again with Fun Products and Atmosphere
Stars from film, television and music were once again treated to a fabulous gift retreat put together by GBK Productions and held at the L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills in celebration of Golden Globes weekend. EnterTeenment was on hand to check out the swag at the poolside party.
On hand for this year’s soiree were television actors like “Revenge” hotties Nick Weschler, Gabriel Mann and Connor Paolo, “Glee” (nominated for Best Comedy Series) stars Damian McGinty, Dot-Marie Jones, Iqbal Theba and Josh Sussman, “A Gifted Man” beauty Julie Benz, “The Secret Circle’s” Jessica Parker Kennedy and even the Evil Queen (Lana Parilla) and Jiminy Cricket (Raphael Sbarge) were there (she’s not really evil and he’s not really a cricket, they just play that way on the ABC hit “Once Upon a Time”). Nominated (and winners) for best Drama Series “Homeland” stars Morena Baccarin and Damian Lewis made their way through the tables of clothing, accessories, make-up and food items as did fellow nominees (in the comedy category) “Modern Family’s” Eric Stonestreet and Rico Rodriguez. Also seen mingling amongst the crowd were “Two and a Half Men’s” Angus T. Jones, “The Big Bang Theory’s” Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch, Sasha Pieterse of “Pretty Little Liars,” Katie Leclerc from “Switched at Birth,” Jennifer Love Hewitt (“Ghost Whisperer”) and “Dancing with the Stars” pros Cheryl Burke and Karina Smirnoff.
Not to be outdone by the small screen celebs, movie actors were well represented too. Three “Twilight Saga” stars were on hand to partake in the fun, with wolfpack members Booboo Stewart and Tinsel Kory (technically she’s just engaged to a member of the wolfpack, we know…) and 1/3 of the Volturi Christopher Heyerdahl. Young star Bailee Madison had fun checking out the tables, as did Anthony Anderson, David Banner, Jim Rash and Nat Faxon (“The Descendents”) and fellow “Descendents” star and nominee for Best Supporting Actress Shailene Woodley. Other notable celebs on hand were Jason Isaacs “Harry Potter” series and “Abduction,”) and Carly Craig (“Hall Pass,” “Role Models”).
Even with all those names, we only scratched the surface on the long list of people who love visiting these events to check out the latest in fashion, food and cosmetics. As with every GBK event, a major percentage of the proceeds go to charity. All in all it is a good cause for anyone to be a part of.
