Meet "Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups" Actor, Josh Feldman!
Actor Josh Feldman plays an important part in the new home entertainment release "Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups." His character "Carter" accidentally wishes Christmas away and then has to work with the adorable "Santa Pups" to bring it back again. Working on the film created wonderful memories for the young man who will celebrate his 13th birthday on December 15.
We recently chatted with Josh about playing "Carter." He also took time out to talk to us about another one of his passions...he flies real airplanes! Keep reading to learn more about Josh and this sweet holiday film that's fun for the whole family!

Young Talent Steps Out to Support The T.J. Martell Foundation's Family Day L.A.!
Actors and musicians alike gathered at CBS Studios to support cancer research at the T.J. Martell Foundation's Family Day L.A. The celebrities in attendance had quite a lot to share about their passion for charitable causes. They told us a little about their Halloween plans too, as well as advice for other kids who want to support charities. "It just makes you feel really good inside because you're helping other people that don't have what you have," says actress Amber Barbell.

Scotty McCreery Lends His Talent to Make the "Most Wonderful Time of the Year" Even Better!
He captured the nation's attention last year when he was chosen as the winner of "American Idol" in May of 2011. Since then, young country-crooner, Scotty McCreery has been delighting thousands of country music fans by hitting the road and performing songs from his platinum-selling album, "Clear as Day" live and in person.

"Pitch Perfect" Hits all The Right Notes on Blu-ray and DVD!
Beca just wants to move to L.A. and be a music producer and/or DJ. Her father, a college professor, really wants her to get a degree first. So a reluctant Beca finds herself trying to navigate the whole college scene while still working on her passion. When her father says he'll support her move if she joins one club and gives the first year a real try, she finds herself somehow entering the highly-competitive world of a cappella singing.
Suddenly surrounded by various personalities who share a common goal (they just want to sing and make music), loner Beca begins to discover the benefits of being part of a team. There's also the matter of the developing friendship with Jesse, a boy from the rival group "The Treble Makers," for Beca to figure out.
This film is brilliantly cast with Anna Kendrick as Beca, Skylar Austin as Jesse and a supporting cast that includes Brittany Snow, Anna Camp and the hysterical Rebel Wilson. The musical numbers are well done and fun to watch, the kind that you wished were just a couple of minutes longer.

"The Odd Life Of Timothy Green" Branches Out To Blu-ray and DVD!
Jim and Cindy Green want nothing more than to love and raise a child. When learning (again) that having a baby isn't possible, the couple grieves by writing down what attributes their child would demonstrate and then they bury those pieces of paper. They are awakened in the middle of the night by the arrival of "Timothy," a sweet and precocious boy who seems to have been grown out of the garden.
It only takes an instant for the couple to fall in love with the child who appears to have been sent for them, so they don't ask to many questions about how he got there or the mysterious leaves that grow around Timothy's ankles. The new family unit starts trying to live as normal a life as possible, spending every minute laughing and loving as much as possible.

Taking Charge of Your Destiny and Being "Brave" is What This New Walt Disney Release is all About!
With, "Brave," Pixar has done it again, employing their characteristic charm to tell yet another heartwarming adventure story, set this time in the Scottish Highlands. The setting becomes as much the star as any of the voice talents (the cast includes such UK legends as Kelly MacDonald, Craig Ferguson, Emma Thompson, Kevin McKidd, and Billy Connolly). With its sweeping landscapes, rugged mountains, towering waterfalls, and rich cultural elements, it's clear from the beginning Brave could not take place anywhere else.
At the outset we are introduced to Merida, the feisty redheaded princess who loves riding and archery and refuses to be betrothed to anyone before she is ready. Although her mother has always given her lessons about behaving like a lady, Merida yearns to be herself and live life as she chooses. When her parents call the clan leaders to present their eldest sons as suitors, she devises a few tricks to avoid being matched against her will, and in the aftermath puts a plan into action that will change her destiny-even if it's not in the way she expects.

While the basic idea may sound old hat-a girl doesn't want to have her life planned out for her and goes searching for her own way (Remember another a princess who ran away to find "a whole new world," a Native American girl who wanted to look "beyond the river bend," or another redhead who wasn't content living "under the sea"?)-Merida's story is anything but rehashed. For one, as soon as Merida sets her plan in motion, she faces consequences and has to deal with how changing her fate affects the people she cares about. She's not all tomboy either. She wears dresses in every scene, and her mother's lessons in ladylike prowess come in handy later (we won't tell you how-see the movie). With their typical wit and aplomb for original storytelling, the good people at Pixar were clever enough to give the whole girl-who-wants-to-break-free idea a fresh spin, so rest assured it will be different from what you've seen before.
But if you're looking for an innocent bedtime story for your three-year-old sister, look elsewhere. Brave is both irreverent in its humor and dark in its content. As co-writer-director Mark Andrews revealed, the creators of the film wanted it to feel like the classic Grimm fairy tales, and while there are light moments, the peril that Merida and her family experience make this a dangerous journey that may frighten younger children. For those of us who love excitement with a mix of tenderness, though, Brave is a winner.
